Preservation Techniques Used
Dehydration
Dried grapes can either be dried naturally using the sun or by using an oven. This process reduces the water content of the fruit and also reduces the chance of bacteria growing. When using an oven for the drying process, the air temperature is relatively high, that is, 65 degrees to 70 Degrees Celsius so that moisture can evaporate quickly from the food.
